In order for a team or an outside agency to rent space at Keystone State Sports for practices, games and/or events, the following steps must be completed:
- Call the Keystone State Sports to discuss desired dates and space requirements according to your needs - (717) 665-0901.
- Discounted pricing for multiple hour rentals as well as for rentals on multiple occasions will be discussed and a quote will be forwarded via email or fax.
- Once a rental has been reserved, the user will need to complete a Facility Rental Agreement;
- The user will also be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance for the date(s) of usage naming Keystone State Sports, LLC as a secondary insured.
- The user will need to return the completed rental agreement along with the Certificate of Insurance and full payment prior to the date of the rental. In the event that the user has scheduled multiple dates of usage a plan to make payment for each date of usage on the reservation date will be acceptable.
